Bike Peeps

So you think you can ride 3000 miles in 12 days?

How about riding every one of those miles on a

recumbent bike?  Sandy Earl of Eugene, OR

knows she can do it!  Sandy will be competing in

the Race Across America which starts on

June 8, 2010.  She will be the first woman to

complete this grueling race on a recumbent bike.

Training consists of 500 mile weekends, ultra

endurance races and lots of music on the iPod.

A corn dog along the way is always a plus in

her day!  Follow Sandy's daily adventures on her

     RAAM Blog...
